Z Khan2023-09-26Contacted them regarding the ice maker. One of the techs came and said a part needed to be ordered. Took nearly 17 days to replace the part. No updates at all until I messaged them. I was told the part came in a couple of days ago, however they were closed due to a holiday (not my concern), and none of this was communicated to me. Not willing to offer a discount at all. Terrible customer service.
